Riesling auf der Maische - geht doch! Unfiltriert hefetrüb und ohne Schwefelzugabe gefüllt. In der Nase Boskop-Apfel mit Zitronenschale und Kamille. Am Gaumen eine mürbe Textur die an oxidierte Apfelschale erinnert, dazu Haferflocken, später setzt eine schön zitronige Säure ein, hinterläßt ein schönes Mundgefühl. [GB 03/2020 Jg. 2018]
