"Platin" steht beim Riesling DAC bei Jurtschitsch nicht für eine Lage sondern für die helle grüngelbe Farbe und den glasklaren Geschmack. In der Nase schöne Steinobstanklänge: Pfirsich und Marille, Nuancen von Fenchel und Karamell, am Gaumen schlanke knackige Struktur, intensives Süss-Säure Spiel, frische Aprikosen zum Abgang hin, anhaltende Zitrusnoten im Nachhall. Äußerst gelungener 2014er! [GB Jg. 2014]
