Description
In der Nase eine intensive Aromatik von der Schale: Kamille, gelbe Quitte, Ringlotten, Sternfrucht, ein Hauch Waldmeister und eine leicht harzige Phenolik. Am Gaumen eine sehr stoffige Textur, fast ölig, gut gepufferte Säure, eine Spur Blütenhonig, wieder Kamille, Sternfrucht und viel Schale, trotzdem eine runde Sache. Was für Kenner von maischevergoren Weinen! [GB Jg. 2018]
