Der Riesling Le Ch' ti von Julien Renard wird ähnlich wie seine anderen Weine vinifiziert, teils im gebrauchten Holz und im Stahltank. Was ihn von den anderen abhebt, ist die lange Lagerung auf der Vollhefe. Er wurde bis kurz vor der Füllung darauf belassen, was ihm einen etwas anderen Charakter gibt, mit einem Hauch Oxidation erinnert er ein wenig an das Jura... [ND 07/2020]
