Der Riesling Gutswein von Matthias Knebel liefert auch mit dem Jahrgang 2020 die gewohnte Qualität. In der Nase bereits offen zu Beginn mit weißen Blüten, Birne, Mirabelle und etwas Pfirsich, hinzu kommt eine feine Würze und etwas Steinmehl. Am Gaumen charmant mit einem Hauch Schmelz und frischer Säure, wieder etwas Birne, Mirabelle und Pfirsich, hinzukommen leichte Kräuternoten und eine feine Rauchigkeit vom Schiefer, sehr ausgewogen und balanciert, eine ideale Visitenkarte für das Weingut!
