Auch in 2018 ist der Gutsriesling von Knebel wieder eine Bank, etwas weicher und charmanter als in 2017, reifere Frucht und ein Hauch mehr Fülle, was 2017 an Eleganz da war, ist in 2018 vor allem an Charme und Trinkfluss vorhanden. In der Nase fast mit einem exotischen Touch, reife gelbe Frucht mit Aprikose und Physalis, dazu eine warme Würze und ein Hauch Mango. Am Gaumen weiche Struktur, saftig und einnehmend mit ganz dezenter Säure, sehr harmonisch, ein idealer Riesling für alle die sich an die Sorten ran arbeiten wollen! [CB 06/2019]
