GB Sauvage Riesling heißt der Gutswein von Breuer, in der Nase dezente Zitrusfrucht: Amalfizitrone, Grapefruitzeste, Ananas, Zitronengras, dazu ein leicht rauchiger Touch. Am Gaumen eine saftige Textur, lebendige Säure - wieder mit schöner Zitrusnote, zart mineralisch mit leichter Erdigkeit, durchaus präsent, zieht gut nach hinten, bleibt mehr als erfrischend. Ein charmanter Einstiegs-Riesling von Theresa Breuer! [GB 03/2022]
