das Felseneck Kabinett von Tim Fröhlich zeigt sich kräftig. In der Nase Birnenschale, reifer Apfel, Mandarinenzeste, etwas frische Quitte und leichte Sponti-Einflüsse (ganz leicht nach Kohlrabi). Am Gaumen eine tolle Textur, viel Extrakt ohne süss oder üppig zu sein, dazu die rassig-frische und perfekt eingebundene Säure, zart exotische Anklänge nach Litschi, ganz leicht erdiges Tannin - man schmeckt den Stein, ein großartiges Trinkvergnügen.
