Der Riesling Felseneck ist das Flaggschiff im Hause Schäfer-Fröhlich. Am Anfang deutliche Spontinase, etwas kandierte Ananas und Banane, dann Limette, rosa Grapefruit, zart kräutriger Touch mit Koriander und etwas grünem Tee, macht mit Luft wahnsinnig auf. Am Gaumen wieder Grapefruit, viel Birne, mürbe Struktur, intensive würzige Mineralik die sich in den Gaumen krallt, hat schon noch ein bisschen Schmelz, leicht limettige Säure, bringt bei aller Struktur einen erstaunlichen Trinkfluss mit!
