Ein toller gereifter fruchtsüßer Riesling von JJ Prüm aus der Bernkastler Badstube. Die Nase deutet schon das Alter und den kühlen Jahrgang an: Bratapfel, Rosinen, kandierte Ananas, rauchiger Schieferboden und etwas kräutrig nach Kerbel, vielschichtig und ausdrucksstark. Am Gaumen ein güldener Schmelz, feines Süß-Säure-Spiel mit Blütenhonig und Orange, das säuerlich-herbe nimmt zu, ein mächtiger Druck baut sich auf und gibt ihm gute Länge, fein erdig und filgiranes Karamell im Nachhall.
