Riesling aus Rheinhessen der mal ganz andere Klänge anschlägt, wild, ungezähmt - auf der Maische im kleinen Holzfass vergoren. In der Nase Zitronenzeste, grünliche Pflaumenschale, Sternfrucht, Salzcracker, minimale Animalik von der Spontangärung. Am Gaumen eine glockenklare Textur (trotz leichter Drübung?!), knackig-frische Säure die unweigerlich an saftige Zitronen erinnert, dazu eine perfekte Phenolik mit ganz zartem Hefetouch, hält sich großartig am Gaumen und bleibt, und bleibt. Wirklich mundfüllend, großartiger -neuer- Riesling Trinkgenuss! [Jg. 2018 GB 07/2020]
