Der Riesling Gutswein von Rebholz beginnt sehr animierend, gelber Pfirsich, ein Hauch Rauchigkeit, dann etwas Kräuter, sehr gediegen und ausgewogen. Die Struktur ist geschmeidig, es fängt mit einer zarten Säure an, dann wird er weich und cremig, etwas Grapefruitzeste, wieder reifes Steinobst und fast etwas Rhabarber, harmonischer und zarter Einstiegsriesling.
