Der Ploussard Arbois von Fabrice Dodane stammt aus verschiedenen Lagen aus den eigenen Weinbergen der Domaine und es handelt sich hier um junge Rebanlagen. Es ist ebenfalls ein kühles Terroir, das auch im warmen 2023er Jahrgang einen charaktervollen und saftigen Wein erbringt, in der Nase schwingt Kühle mit, da ist Minze und Melisse, etwas Himbeere und Tannennadel, ätherisch, würzig und engmaschig, ja die Farbe ist hell, fast dünn, aber der Druck ist schon in der Nase bemerkbar. Am Gaumen ebenfalls mit würzigem Beginn, etwas Mandel und reife Melone, dazu wieder Himbeere und ein sommerlicher Pinienwald, saftig und druckvoll, mit Zeit kommt eine herbe Note dazu und das feine Tannin macht Druck, sehr balanciert und animierend, macht das jetzt schon richtig Spaß, das Potenzial ist aber ebenfalls klar zu erkennen.
