Bei mittlerem Kamingranat, duftet der Wieninger Pinot Noir Select zart nach Kirschfrucht, auch etwas nach Himbeermark, Anklänge von Waldpilzen und floralen Noten nach Veilchen. Am Gaumen ist der Wieninger Pinot Noir Select gut strukturiert, straff bei feiner Würze, himbeerfruchtig, zartes Tannin gepaart mit frischer Säure, zum Abgang wieder florale Anklänge. [GB Jg. 2011]
