Mittleres Kaminrot, in der Nase sehr sortentypischer Duft nach Himbeeren und Walderdbeeren, kühl, fein und elegant, mit ätherischen Anklängen, am Gaumen schmelzige Textur, dabei mineralisch mit gut strukturiertem Körper und fein ziseliertem Gerbstoff, beerenfruchtig, leicht würzig mit feiner Säure, lebendig mit eindrucksvollem Nachklang.
