Der Pinot Noir Monsieur Flørie ist eine neue Interpretation des Rheinhessischen Spätburgunder und der Name wie auch das stilistische Vorbild kommt aus der Ortschaft Fleurie im Beaujolais. Katharina wollte einen möglichst filigranen und zarten Spätburgunder erzeugen, daher wurden Teile des Weins interzellular vergoren, um mehr Frische und Frucht zu bekommen und den Gerbstoff möglichst feingliedrig zu bewahren. Die Umsetzung ist schon im ersten Jahr perfekt gelungen, das ist lebendiger Spaß Pinot Noir mit großer Finesse und noch größerem Trinkfluss, dazu einem Touch Wildheit und viel Eigenständigkeit. So einen Rotwein findet man in Deutschland nicht so schnell wieder! [CB 12/2019]
