Dieser Pinot Noir stammt aus der Lage Ida, einer Lage mit über 40 Jahre alten Rebstöcken, die in Buntsandstein wurzeln. Ausgebaut wurde der Ida im gebrauchten Barrique nachdem er mit einem Teil der Rappen vergoren wurde. In der Nase ein zart röstiger Beginn, der mit Luft verfliegt und in eine zarte florale Stilistik übergeht, etwas Rosenblätter, Rhabarber, Kamille, wie ein frischer Traubensaft, dazu etwas frische Zwetschge und ein leicht erdiger Touch. Am Gaumen zupackender Beginn mit saftiger Säure, sehr weiches und mürbes Tannin, ganz schlanker Körper, ein zarter Pinot Vertreter der durch seine Eleganz glänzt, Walderdbeere, wieder etwas Rosenblätter, hinten raus eine zarte Würze, cremiges langes Finish.
