Die Trauben für diesen Pinot kommen von der flachen Parndorfer Platte, wo es etwas windiger und somit ku¨hler ist, und werden mit den Rappen spontan in offenen Holzbottichen vergoren. Helles Rubingranat mit einem zarten Wasserrand, interessante Nase nach Malz, Veilchen, Zedernholz und Bleistift, aber auch sortentypische Walderdbeeren finden sich im Glas. Am Gaumen ein sehr drahtiger erster Eindruck, dennoch sanft in der Textur, unterstützt von leichter Extraktsüße, eher zuhaltendes Tannin mit lebhafter Säure, delikat und leichtfüßig im Abgang, Malzkaffee im Nachhall.
