Die oft harmlose Pinot Gris und Pinot Blanc Cuvée - hier von Martin Wörner mal ganz anders interpretiert! In der Nase anfangs etwas schräg, kaum Primärfrucht, feine Phenolik und leichter Florhefe-Touch, tiefgründig, etwas Wachs, auch Sellerie - mit jeder Minute Luft im Glas gewinnt er hinzu und zeigt dann auch rauchige Ananas und Salzstein. Am Gaumen eine freche Textur mit rieslingähnlicher Säure, direktes Salzgefühl, daneben aber auch ein zarter Schmelz mit Quittenanklängen, beides abwechselnd und tänzelnd, bleibt intensiv und lang im Abgang. Großes Naturwein-Kino. [GB 05/2023]
