Dieser Grauburgunder zeigt sich in strohgelber Farbe, in der Nase gelber Apfel, Speckbirne, eine Spur von Haselnuss und Blütenhonig mit blumigen und würzigen Nuancen. Am Gaumen eine angenehm weiche -eher ausladende- Textur, vollmundig, extraktreich, dann setzt eine dezente Säure mit leichter Würzigkeit ein, zart kommt die Mineralik durch, erinnert an Heublumen und getrocknete Ananas, bleibt saftig-frisch im Abgang.
