Dieser Grauburgunder zeigt sich in strohgelber Farbe, in der Nase reifer Apfel, Speckbirne, auch mit blumigen und würzigen Nuancen, vielleicht auch eine Spur von Walnuss-Schale und Blütenhonig. Am Gaumen eine angenehm weiche Textur, vollmundig, extraktreich, dann setzt eine dezente Säure mit leichter Würzigkeit ein, zart kommt eine Mineralik durch, erinnert an getrocknete Ananas, bleibt aber saftig-frisch auch im Abgang.
