Der Pinot Blanc de Noir von Raumland ist ein zu 100% aus Pinot Noir erzeugter Sekt, bei dem die Trauben sofort abgepresst wurden, wodurch er seine weiße Farbe behielt. Frische Aromatik mit Blüten, Agrumen, mineralische Komponenten. Am Gaumen herzhaft trocken, nervig und pur, ein überaus präzise komponierter Schäumer schreibt Vinum.
