Der Pinot Blanc von Johannes Trapl ist sozusagen sein normaler Weißwein ohne Maischekontakt, spontan vergoren und bis zur Füllung auf der Feinhefe belassen. In der Nase reif und intensiv, ein ganz zarter Hauch Holz ist zu spüren, dazu reife Melone, etwas Brioche, flambierte Ananas und getrocknete Orangenscheiben. Am Gaumen saftig und weich, ganz leichter Grip, aber vor allem viel Schmelz und eine charmante Säure, mundfüllend und mit feiner Würze, etwas Nelke, wieder Melone und Physalis. [CB Jg. 2016]
