Eine Cuvée aus Gamay d'Auvergne und der sehr seltenen Rebsorte "Noirfleurien" (die es nur in Mirefleurs gibt). In der Nase zarte Noten von Blaubeeren, Blutorangen, schwarze Oliven, etwas Malz & Tabak und subtile würzige Nuancen. Am Gaumen eine saftige -leicht tintige- Textur, feine Säure mit angenehmen Tannin, wirkt sehr leichtfüßig, hinterlässt einen samtigen Getreidetouch auf der Zunge. [GB 07/2023]
