sehr zart Zwiebelschalenfarbig, in der Nase gibt sich diese Cuvée aus Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier und Chardonnay intensiv fruchtig, Cassis, Nuancen von Mohn und Johannisbeerblätter. Am Gaumen dann trocken und streng, zart nussiger Hefeton, markantes Säurespiel, sogar ein leichtes Tannin läßt sich erkennen, dabei hoch-elegant, feine Perlage, sehr stimming und lang.
