Eine schöne Pfälzer Cuvée aus Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Blaufränkisch und St. Laurent. Hergestellt wird er ganz klassisch mit der Saignée-Methode - eine traditionelle französische Technik, bei welcher die Rotweintrauben "bluten" und der Most anschließend abgezogen wird. Er duftet herrlich nach Waldbeeren, Pfirsich, etwas Rhabarber und Pink Grapefruit. Am Gaumen sanft in der Säure und doch straff und schön trocken. Ein perfekter Terrassenwein für laue Sommerabende.
