Am Gaumen ein explosives Feuerwerk aus Frucht und Perlage, vibrierende Mineralik, mundwässernde Salz-Zitrone, Grapefruitnoten, äußerst erfrischende Säure mit tollem Zug, furztrocken, bleibt angenehm herb - bizzelig - betörend - süffig.
