Description
Eine schräge aber gelungene Cuvée aus Sauvignon Blanc und Cabernet Blanc(!), einladende duftig-hefige Nase mit exotischen Anklängen: Sternfrucht, Passionsfrucht, Amalfi-Zitrone und Pfirsich. Am Gaumen ein explosives Feuerwerk aus Frucht und Perlage, vibrierende Mineralik, mundwässernde Salz-Zitrone, Grapefruitnoten, äußerst erfrischende Säure mit tollem Zug, furztrocken, bleibt angenehm herb - bizzelig - betörend - süffig. Großes PetNat Kino! [GB, Jg.2021]
