eine gelungene Cuvée aus Pinot Noir und St. Laurent, ganz zarte Zwiebelschalenfarbe, in der Nase filigran nach Rhabarber, Mandelschalen mit einem Hauch Roibuschtee, rosa Grapefruit, zart rauchig. Am Gaumen eine feste Textur, minimale Pinot Anklänge (Waldboden, Erdbeeren), ganz feine -fast zierliche- Perlage, die Säure drängt nicht in der Vordergrund, trotzdem extrem guter Grip, bleibt gut haften und äußerst angenehm im Abgang.
