In dieser Flasche steckt zwar kein Dschinn, aber dafür reinster Sonnenschein in Form von flaschenvergorenem Chenin Blanc- und Grolleau Gris-Most. Dieser trockene und zugleich saftig-fruchtige Pet Nat aus dem Hause Bobinet hat uns mit seinem Aroma von Birne, weißem Pfirsich, frischen Mandeln und sonnengereiften Kumquats an einem kalten grauen Nachmittag im frühen März sofort in den französischen Sommer katapultiert - mehr könnte ein Flaschengeist auf die Schnelle vermutlich auch nicht bewirken. Nicht hefig oder mostig, sondern knackig-frisches, unkompliziertes Trinkvergnügen. "Oui oui, le temps est bon" - und zwar egal was der Wetterbericht sagt. [LA Jg. 2022]
