Ein Pétillant Naturel blanc aus 60% Pinot Blanc und 40% Silvaner: symphatische Nase nach Apfelstrudel, Haselnuss, Melone, weicher Hefetouch, dazu eine zarte Rauchigkeit. Am Gaumen eine runde Textur, sehr angenehme Perlage, trotz 10 vol.% alk. eine gute Mundfülle, leichte Blätterteig-Anklänge, sanft-herb, eher zurückhaltende Säure, zum Abgang hin entwickeln sich noch wunderbare florale Akzente. Einfach wie "Flüssiger Apfelstrudel" - toll! [GB 05/2021]
