Der Pet Nat Jahrgang 2020 von Fred Loimer ist eine Cuvée aus Muskateller und Veltliner. Ein wirklich gelungener Sommer-Sprudel mit einer zarten floralen Duftigkeit, grüne Stachelbeeren, Limettenzeste, dabei komplett trocken und mit viel Frische und guter Säure ausgestattet, keinerlei Kitsch, sondern pures Trinkvergnügen mit einer feinen Perlage und einer gediegenen -sehr natürlichen- Hefetextur. Das ganze gibts zu einem fairen Preis, da kann man auch eine zweite Flasche köpfen?! [GB Jg. 2020]
