Description

Pannobile Cuvée aus 65% Blaufränkisch, 25% Zweigelt und 10% St. Laurent. Dunkles Rubingranat, mit violetten Rändern. In der Nase Heidelbeeren, Schlehen, etwas Röstaromen, zart blättriger Hauch nach Zitronenmelisse und exotischem Piment. Am Gaumen eine griffige kühle Textur, rote Johannisbeeren, mittleres gut integriertes Tannin, feinziselierte Säure, alles sehr harmonisch, mit gutem Biss, mineralisch im Nachhall. [GB 12/2017]
