Description

Cuvée aus 65% Blaufränkisch, 25% Zweigelt und 10% St. Laurent. Mittleres Rubingranat, opaker Kern mit violetten Rändern. In der Nase Zwetschke, Schlehen, Ribiseln und Rote Beete, ein Hauch von exotischen Gewürzen wie Piment. Am Gaumen schlanke kühle Textur, Himbeerfrucht, zarte und gut integriertes Tannin, feinziselierte Säure, sehr harmonisch, rote Johannisbeeren mit leicht zitronigem Touch im Abgang, mineralisch im Nachhall. Äußerst gelungener 2014er! [GB 10/2016]
