Cuvée aus 65% Blaufränkisch, 25% Zweigelt und 10% St. Laurent. Mittleres Rubingranat, opaker Kern mit violetten Rändern. In der Nase Nuancen von Plaumenmus, zarte Nougatanklänge, ein Hauch Lakritze und exotische Gewürze. Am Gaumen saftig und komplex, Himbeerkonfit, gut integrierte Tannine, sehr harmonsich, leicht zitroniger Touch im Abgang, mineralisch im Nachhall. [GB Jg. 2011]
