Die Mantlers konnten immer schon sehr gut mit Sondersorten umgehen, so verwundert es nicht, dass auch der Neuburger aus ihrem Keller ausgesprochen gelungen ist. In der Nase mit frischer und intensiver Duftigkeit, Melone und Minze, dazu Aprikose und etwas Mandel, spritzig und animierend. Am Gaumen ist die sortentypische Cremigkeit des Neuburgers gleich da, dazu aber auch eine saftige Säure, wieder Melone und etwas Mango, leichte Würze, bleibt super am Gaumen, ein Hauch Mandel zum Abgang hin.
