Sehr helles Grüngelb, in der Nase intensive Fruchtnoten mit sehr reifem Steinobst und deutliche Muskatnoten, ein Hauch Blütenhonig, Marillen und Orangenzeste, hinterlegt mit intensiver Würze und Rauchigkeit. Am Gaumen straff und dicht, wieder Blütenhonig und reife Marillen, wird von Würze und zarter Mineralik beherrscht, bleibt aber immer saftig und extrem fruchtig. Ein dichter und komplexer Muskateller der sich auch als exzellenter Essenbegleiter eignet. [CB Jg. 2013]
