Ein Welschriesling spontan auf der Maische vergoren, unfiltriert und hefetrüb abgefüllt. Mittleres Goldgelb, in der Nase mostig, oxydierte Birnenschale, Bratapfel, eine Spur von Hefeteig. Am Gaumen schmeckt man (noch) die Maische, feste Textur, frische bis kernige Säure, ganz leichter Hefetouch, dazu etwas Gerbstoff, mit gutem Druck im Abgang. Mittleres Naturweinkaliber - sehr trinkig! [GB 03/2020]
