Mit diesem -ernsthaft gemachten- Müller-Thurgau zeigt Fürst dass die Sorte ihre Berechtigung hat: duftig fruchtig und floral ohne kitschig zu sein!. In der Nase grüner Apfel, Galia-Melone. Ringlotten, ein Hauch Frühlingsblumen, dezent und harmonisch, dazu leichte Waldmeister- und rauchige Anklänge. Am Gaumen eine geschliffenen Textur, saftig, leicht nach Apfelschale, etwas Williamsbirne, feingliedrig, mit zierlicher Säure hinten raus etwas Stachelbeere, guter Zug. Ein mehr als probierenswerter Müller-Thurgau! [GB 05/2023]
