Beim Müller-Thurgau zeigt Fürst, was man mit dieser Sorte in die Flasche bringen kann: frische und leichte Frucht, unaufdringlich und sanft, ein klasse Wein der sogar etwas Mineralik mitbringt. In der Nase Granny Smith, Minze und grüne Stachelbeere, dezent und harmonisch, dazu eine leichte Würze, ein tolles Buket. Am Gaumen saftig und leicht mit mürber Struktur, wieder grüner Apfel, etwas Williamsbirne, feingliedrig, mit zierlicher Säure hinten raus etwas Stachelbeere, guter Zug. Ein genialer Müller-Thurgau, so hätte ich diese Sorte gerne öfter im Glas! [CB 07/2018]
