Helles naturtrübes Goldgelb. In der Nase leicht nussiger und etwas hefiger Duft nach Birne, Boskop-Apfelschale mit vegetabilen und mandeligen Nuancen, schon ein typisches Naturwein-Buket. Am Gaumen saftige Frucht mit etwas Schmelz, wieder nussige hefige und leicht vegetabile Aromen, moderate Säure, mürber Gerbstoff, gute Substanz und Druck, charmant und sehr trinkanimierend.
