ACHTUNG! Dieser Müller-Thurgau steht für sich. Stefan Vetter interpretiert die Rebsorte neu, straff, kernig mit fordernder Säure. Der Müller-Thurgau von Stefan hat nichts mit einem herkömmlichen Müller zu tun und ist absoluter Freakstoff. In der Nase grüner Apfel, etwas Bienenwachs, Limette und Eukalyptus. Am Gaumen mit zupackender Säure, einem Hauch grünem Gerbstoff, wieder Limette, grüner Apfel, hinzu kommen Wildkräuter und grüner Tee mit leicht wachsigem Abgang. Vorsicht nichts für sanfte Gemüter!
