Schon wieder ein Morillon aus dem 2014er Jahr der richtig glänzen kann. In der Nase intensive Aromatik nach Melone und Pfirsich, eine leichte Rauchigkeit und etwas Speckbirne, reif und anregend komplex, am Gaumen mit einem sehr saftigen Beginn, elegante Struktur, dazu gesellt sich dann auch noch eine leicht kalkige Mineralik, hinten rauch kommt etwas mehr druck, wieder etwas Melone und reifer Apfel. Ein frischer und zarter Morillon mit feiner Mineralik, die er jetzt schon sehr schön zeigt. [CB 03/2015]
