Description

Auf warmen Muschelkalkboden in 500 Meter Seehöhe wächst dieser Morillon. Goldenes Grüngelb, in der Nase überwiegen reife Fruchtnoten: Honigmelone, sehr reife Stachelbeeren, auch etwas Exotik in Richtung Orange, Litschi und Papaya. Am Gaumen zeigt der Marillon Flamberg eine sehr vollmundige Textur, mit viel Schmelz, einer leichten Buttrigkeit, dann kommt die feine Säure ins Spiel, minimal salzig, zarte Kalkmineralik, sehr stimmig fruchtig im Nachhall.
