Ob zum Pizza-Picknick an der Isar oder zu Panzanella auf dem Balkon - der pflaumenfarbene, unkonventionelle Sprudler aus dem Hause Pranzegg ist nicht nur ein hervorragender Solist zum Apero, sondern auch ein wunderbarer Speisenbegleiter.
In der Nase beginnt er kühl, frisch und würzig mit feinen Kräutern, etwas Minze und Kiefernadeln, Sauerkirsche, Pflaume und rote Johannisbeere bringen die Fruchtakzente, alles in allem ungemein animierend und knackig. Am Gaumen ein schönes Spiel aus leicht schmelzigem Fizz und animierender Kohlensäure, der leichte Gerbstoff gibt ihm Länge. Die Aromen von Grapefruit, Sauerkirsche und die ätherische Würze machen diesen vino rosato frizzante saftig und ausgewogen. Tanto amore, tanto MIAU! [LA 05/25]
