Description
Die Materia Prima der griechischen Philosophie stand Pate für diesen „Urstoff„, dessen handselektierte Traminer Trauben wurden spontan im Betonei auf der Maische vergoren. Helle Bernsteinfarbe, in der Nase intensive Geruchsvielfalt, trockene Traminernoten, etwas Maische, Hagebute, Bratapfel, leichte Medizinaltöne. Am Gaumen eine eher zarte Struktur, dezente Malznoten, sehr zarte Säure, für Orange-Wein durchaus trinkig. Ein elementarer Wein im Urzustand, in sich ruhend und doch in Bewegung! [GB 12/2015]
