Description
Eine Cuvée aus Chardonnay, Sauvignon und Grüner Veltliner, Maischegärung mit teilweise ganzen Trauben (interzellulär), naturtrüb und ohne Schwefelbeigabe abgefüllt = Orange- und Naturwein. Fürs Auge: helles rötliches Gelb, hefetrüb. In der Nase: intensive ätherische Noten, Orangenzeste, gequetschte Körner (Haferflocken), am Gaumen eine eher breite Struktur, etwas nach Hefezopf, herbe mostige Säure, zarte Feuerstein-Mineralik. Ungewöhnlicher Weingeschmack - gute Trinkigkeit! [GB 11/2015]
