Die (hell)-rote Antwort auf den schon legendären Marto Weiss. Eine Cuvée aus Portugieser & Scheurebe, gewachsen auf schwerem Ton und Kalksteinboden. Ungestüme Nase nach roten Johannisbeeren, gepaart mit rauher Rhabarberfrucht und Blutorange, Haferflocken, gequetschtes Getreide (Müsli) und leicht ätherische Noten. Am Gaumen eine herbe knackige Textur, drahtiger Körper mit erfrischender Säure, grüne Kräuternoten (Zitronenmelisse), dazu passender Gerbstoff, minimaler Hefetouch mit zartem Brioche, etwas Malz im Abgang. Gekühlt trinken. [GB 05/2023]
