Langenloiser Cuvée aus 50% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Gris und 30% Pinot Blanc in verschieden großen Holzfässern ausgebaut. Mittleres Grüngelb, in der Nase Melone, Litschi und Apfel, Apfelschale, frische Feigen, Nuancen von Zitronenabrieb und eine Spur weißer Schokolade. Am Gaumen saftige cremige Textur, schöne Frucht nach gelben Äpfeln, harmonische Säure, eine zarte Kräuterwürze kommt hinzu, druckvoller Zug, leicht ölig, Orangenzeste im Nachhall. [GB 01/2021]
