Internationales Bordeaux-Blend aus Südtirol mit 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot und 15% Cabernet Franc. In der Nase viel füllige Reife aus dem warmen Südtirol: Brombeerkonfit, Cassis und Holunderbeeren, dunkle Schokolade mit einer zarten Lebkuchenwürze. Am Gaumen eine doch üppige Textur, weich und vollmundig, leichte Fruchtsüsse, auch dasTannin eher sanft, bleibt mächtig bis zum Schluß. Ein Kaminwein! [Jg. 2018]
